Abstract
L'invention concerne les matériaux utilisés pour l'usinage par électroérosion. Le matériau 12 faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type dont la porosité atteint 15 à 25 % de leur volume, et dont les dimensions des pores sont comprises entre environ 10 et environ 40 microns, et est caractérisé en ce que sa teneur pondérale en oxygène se situe entre environ 0,01 % et environ 0,1 %. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'usinage et la coupe des pièces en matériaux électroconducteurs.
