Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för framställning av klordioxid, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att a) natriumklorat bringas att reagera med kloridjoner och svavelsyra i en klordioxidgenerator vid en syranormalitet av frän ca 2 tili 4,8 N, där kloridjonerna kommer frän saltsyra eller en blandning av saltsyra och natriumklorid, i förhäl-landen för alstring av klordioxid, b) reaktionmediet hälles vid en temperatur av frän ca 50°C tili ca 100°C, c) reaktionslösningen underkastas ett undertryck tillräck-ligt för förängning av vatten,
23 S3208 d) natriumsulfat utfälles frän reaktionsmediet och bortföres frän reaktionszonen, e) en blandning av kloridioxid, klor och vattenänga bortföres och en vattenhaltig lösning av klordioxiden och en gas-ström av klor bildas av denna blandning, f) bildad klor föres tili en produktionszon för saltsyra och svavelsyra vilken innefattar en primär reaktionszon och en sekundär reaktionszon, g) svaveldioxid införes i den nedre delen av den primära reaktionszonen vilken innehäller saltsyra, svavelsyra och k]or, varvid ätminstone en del av denna klor kommer fran den sekundära reaktionszonen, varvid svaveldioxid och klor rea-gerar under bildning av saltsyra och svavelsyra, h) denna blandsyra som innehitller restsvaveldioxid föres tili den sekundära reaktionszonen och klor införes i den nedre delen av denna sekundära reaktionszon, varvid klor rea-gerar med svaveldioxiden och därmed reducerar svaveldioxid-halten i blandsyran, i) ätminstone en del av blandsyran frän den sekundära reaktionszonen föres tili klordioxidgeneratorn.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att den primära och den sekundära reaktionszonen för reaktion mellan klor och svaveldioxid innefattas i samma kärl.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att klor införes i den sekundära reaktionszonen i en mängd tillräcklig för att gasformig klor skall avgä frän denna sekundära reaktionszon och i en mängd överstigande den som stökiometriskt motsvarar den önskade reduktionen av svaveldiox.idhalten i blandsyran. 24 8 3 2 0 8
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att ytterligare klor införes i botten av den primära reaktionszonen.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, k ä n n e-t e c k n a t därav, att en del av den blandsyra som bort-föres frän den sekundära reaktionszonen föres tili klordioxid-generatorn och äterstoden äterföres tili den Övre delen av den primära reaktionszonen.
6. Förfrande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den primära och den sekundära reaktionszonen in-nefattas i separata kärl.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att ätminstone en del av den totala klormängden införes i den sekundära reaktionszonen i en mängd som är till-räcklig för att gasformig klor skall avgä frän den sekundära reaktionszonen och i en mängd som överstiger den som stökio-metriskt motsvarar den önskade reduktionen av svaveldioxid i blandsyran och att de gasformiga produkterna frän den sekundära reaktionszonen införes i nedre delen av den primära reaktionszonen tillsammans med äterstoden av klor.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknat därav, att en del av blandsyran som bortföres frän den primära reaktionszonen föres tili den sekundära reaktionszonen och äterstoden recirkuleras tili den Övre delen av en primära reaktionszonen.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknat därav, att blandsyran som bortföres frän den sekundära reaktionszonen föres tili klordioxidgeneratorn.
