Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää katalyytin valmistamiseksi, jossa katalyytin prekursori pinnoitetaan ALD-päällystyksellä, niin että Al2O3-kerros järjestetään katalyytin prekursorin pinnalle katalyytin muodostamiseksi, muodostettu katalyytti käsitellään lämpökäsittelyllä, jossa lämpötilaa nostetaan typen läsnä ollessa, ja katalyytti jäähdytetään lämpökäsittelyn jälkeen typpivirtauksen läsnä ollessa. Lisäksi keksintö koskee katalyyttiä ja katalyytin käyttöä.
