Abstract

Esillä olevan keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä kuiturainakoneen telan rakenteen valmistamiseksi jossa menetelmässä kierretään rakenteen pohjana toimivalle alustalle kuitulujitenauhaa telan rakenteeksi, ja tuodaan samalla matriisiainetta näin muodostuvaan rakenteeseen. Menetelmässä muodostetaan yksi tai useampi kuitulujitenauhakerros alustalle ja valitaan kelattavien kerrosten määrä ja/tai nauhakierrosten limitys ja/tai nauhan ohennus nauhan reunalla siten, että yksi tai useampi kuitulujitenauhakerros muodostaa telan käyttöpinnoitealueelle oleellisesti tasapaksun kuitulujitekerroksen. Keksinnön kohteena on myös menetelmällä valmistettu telavaipan rakenne sekä kuiturainakoneen tela.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a roll structure for a fiber web machine, in which a fiber reinforcing tape is wound onto a substrate serving as the base of the structure to form a roll structure, and at the same time a matrix material is introduced into the structure thus formed. In the method, one or more fiber reinforcing tape layers are formed on the substrate and the number of layers to be wound and/or the overlap of the tape turns and/or the thinning of the tape at the edge of the tape is selected so that one or more fiber reinforcing tape layers form a fiber reinforcing layer of substantially uniform thickness in the operating coating area of the roll. The invention also relates to a roll shell structure manufactured by the method and a roll of a fiber web machine.
