Abstract
Menetelmä pulverimetallurgisen komposiittimateriaalin valmistamiseksi sekä menetelmällä valmistettu materiaali, jossa menetelmässä käytetään ainakin yhtä nitridejä ja karbideja muodostavia seosaineita sisältävää teräspulveria ja jossa menetelmässä pulveri kompaktoidaan paineen ja lämpötilan avulla kiinteäksi tuotteeksi. Menetelmässä käytettävän teräspulverin nitridejä ja karbideja muodostavien seosaineiden määrä on yli lO paino-prosenttia, ja teräspulverin hiili- tai typpipitoisuutta nostetaan atomisointia seuraavissa valmistusvaiheissa.A method for producing a powder metallurgical composite material and a material produced by the method, wherein the method uses a steel powder containing at least one alloying agent that forms nitrides and carbides, and wherein the powder is compacted by means of pressure and temperature into a solid product. The amount of alloying agents that form nitrides and carbides in the steel powder used in the method is more than 10% by weight, and the carbon or nitrogen content of the steel powder is increased in the manufacturing steps following atomization.
