Claims (12)
1. Förfarande för detektering av biofilmbildande mikrooi bestämning av behovet av antibiofilmmedel vid en p kartongtillverkningsprocess, kännetecknat av steg i vilka: (a) en provtagningsanordning sätts i processlinjen för den 10 mikroorganismema att kurnia bilda biofilm in situ i nämnda proc< provtagningsanordningen, (b) nämnda bildade biofilm behandlas optionellt i en lö testantibiofilmmedel under en tid, varpa (c) nämnda bildade biofilm leds för en tid i kontakt med ett vätskefo 15 en fördjupning i en odlingsanordning, (d) substratet avlägsnas ur fördjupningen i nämnda anordning och fränvaron av i fordjupningens väggar fastnad biofilm pävisas kvali kvantitativt.
