Claims (12)
1. Ett förfarande för frigöring av en eller flera fysiska kanaler som tidigare reserverats för överföring medelst paketförmedling mellan ett flertal mobila 5 stationer (MS) och ett basstationsdelsystem (BSS), vilken anordning innefattar utsändning av ett RLC/MAC-kontrollmeddelande frän BSS vilket har ett fält för meddelandetyp som identifierar meddelandet som ett kanalfrigöringsmeddelande, och ett fält för frigjord kanal som identifierar den/de fysiska kanal(-er) som ska frigöras; där nämnda kontrollmeddelande mottas och behandlas av det nämnda 10 flertalet MS som använder nämnda fysiska kanal(-er).
2. Ett förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, där nämnda RLC/MAC-kontrollmeddelande innefattar ett fält som definierar det antal radioblock efter vilket den/de identifierade fysiska kanalen/kanalema mäste frigöras. 15
3. Ett förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, där nämnda RLC/MAC-kontrollmeddelande innehäller ett fält som identifierar en bärväg pä vilken MS kan sända en ny begäran om paketkanal tili BSS.
4. Ett förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, där nämnda RLC/MAC-kontrollmeddelande innehäller ett fält som identifierar de tidsluckor i vilka en PRACH är allokerad och där MS kan sända en begäran om direktätkomst för data pä den identifierade bärvägen. * : , 25

10. Ett förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 tili 8, där fältet för 10 meddelandetyp varskor varje MS om det faktum att meddelandet är ett utsänt meddelande som ska behandlas av alla MS med användning av den/de fysiska kanal/kanaler som identifieras i fältet för frigjord kanal.

Apparatur för frigöring av en eller flera fysiska kanaler som tidigare reserverats 15 för överföring medelst paketförmedling imellän ett flertal mobila stationer (MS) och ett basstationsdelsystem (BSS), vilken apparatur innefattar medel för utsändning av ett RLC/MAC-kontrollmeddelande frän BSS vilket har ett fält för meddelandetyp som identifierar meddelandet som ett kanalfrigöringsmeddelande, och ett fält för frigjord kanal som identifierar den/de fysiska kanal(-er) som ska frigöras; där alla 20 nämnda MS som använder nämnda fysiska kanal(-er) är sä inrättade att de mottar och behandlar nämnda kontrollmeddelande.
