CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR EN PRIMER LUGAR EL ELASTOMERO CON UNA SILICE Y UNA COMPOSICION QUE RESULTA DE LA REACCION DE UN PORTADOR DE AGRUPAMIENTO AZUFRADO CON COMPUESTOS A BASE DE TETRAETILENPENTAMINA, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 110 Y 150 GRADOS; Y EN AÑADIR, EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA, A LA MEZCLA OBTENIDA, AZUFRE Y EVENTUALMENTE ACELERADORES, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 Y 100 GRADOS. LA REACCION ENTRE EL PORTADOR DEL AGRUPAMIENTO AZUFRADO CON LAS COMPOSICIONES A BASE DE TETRAETILENPENTAMINA, SE REALIZA EN CONDICIONES MODERADAS DE TEMPERATURA, DE MANERA QUE SE EVITE LA DESTRUCCION PREMATURA DE LOS AGRUPAMIENTOS AZUFRADOS Y LA APARICION DE REACCIONES PARASITAS.
