Abstract
METODO DE INMOVILIZAR UNA DISPERSION ACUOSA DE CELULAS DE MICROORGANISMOS ENZIMATICAMENTE ACTIVAS Y SUSTANCIAS CELULARES. CONSISTE EN: TRATAR EN LODO LAS CELULAS DE MICROORGANISMO ENZIMATICAMENTE ACTIVAS CON ALDEHIDO GLUTARICO, TENIENDO LUGAR UNA RETICULACION PARCIAL; DESHIDRATAR EL LODO CELULAR PARCIALMENTE RETICULADO HASTA UN PUNTO DE AGUA ENTRE 70 Y 90% PESO/PESO, PRODUCIENDO UNA MASA CELULAR PASTOSA; MEZCLAR LA MASA CELULAR PASTOSA CON EL PREPOLIMERO DE POLIAZETIDINA ACUOSA; Y SUBDIVIDIR LA MASA CELULAR PASTOSA Y EN PREPOLI=MERO DE POLIAZETIDINA ACUOSA MEZCLADOS, SEGUIDO POR UN CURADO, CON LO QUE RESULTA UN PRODUCTO DE ENZIMA INMOVILIZADA EN FORMA DE PARTICULAS. TIENE UTILIDAD CON FINES DE RETICULACION.
