COMPRENDE LA SINTESIS POR TECNOLOGIA GENETICA DE UN POLIPEPTIDO DE FORMULA Y-R-NH-CH2-COOH A TRAVES DE DOS FRAGMENTOS DE GEN QUE SON SINTETIZADOS QUIMICAMENTE A PARTIR DE ESLABONES MENORES DE UNA SOLA HELICE. AMBOS FRAGMENTOS SON UNIDOS ENZIMATICAMENTE E INCORPORADOS EN UN VECTOR APROPIADO DONDE SON AMPLIFICADOS.
