Abstract
The machine consists of a bed-plate, on the upper surface of which rests a casing covering a head with a chain-wheel operated by a chain moved by the motor of a mixer which produces the dough strand. A conveyor belt carries the dough to the die which is shaped as a small ring. An extractor gathers up the stamped-out cake rings and deposits tham on trays placed on an endless belt.
