PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN CO-GRANULADO RESISTENTE A LA ABRASION Y ESTABLE FRENTE AL ALMACENAMIENTO. COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE MEZCLA TRIFOSFATO PENTASODICO EN FORMA DE POLVO, CON UN CONTENIDO DE AGUA DE HIDRATACION DE COMO MAXIMO UN 5 POR CIENTO EN PESO, JUNTAMENTE CON UN SILICATO DE METAL ALCALINO ANHIDRO, EN UNA PROPORCION PONDERAL DE 80:20 A 20:80; SEGUNDA, LA MEZCLA FORMADA SE GRANULA POR ROCIADO CON UN MEDIO DE GRANULACION CONSTITUIDO POR UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE UN POLIFOSFATO AMONICO, CON LO QUE SE OBTIENE UN CO-GRANULADO HOMOGENEO ESPECIALMENTE RESISTENTE A LA ABRASION; Y POR ULTIMO, EL GRANULADO OBTENIDO SE ACONDICIONA SOMETIENDOLO A LA ACCION DEL CALOR HASTA ALCANZAR UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 200 Y 500 GRADOS.
