PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA POLIMERIZACION DE UN MONOMERO POLIMERIZABLE PERTENECIENTE AL GRUPO DE LOS ALQUENOS, EN UNA MEZCLA FLUIDA QUE CONTIENE DICHO MONOMERO POLIMERIZABLE Y UN CATALIZADOR DE POLIMERIZACION ACTIVO.COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE ALIMENTAN UNO O MAS MONOMEROS POLIMERIZABLES JUNTO CON UN AGENTE DE DISPERSION ADECUADO, A UN REACTOR DE POLIMERIZACION PREVIA (3); SEGUNDA, EN DICHO REACTOR (3) TIENE LUGAR LA POLIMERIZACION HASTA UN GRADO TAL QUE A LA SALIDA, LAS PARTICULAS DE CATALIZADOR ESTAN CARGADAS CON UNA CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE DE POLIMERO; TERCERA, EN UNREACTOR DE POLIMERIZACION PRINCIPAL (7) SE TRATA LA DISPERSION DE POLIMERO VIVA; Y POR ULTIMO, LA DISPERSION DE POLIMERO TRATADA SE EXTRAE DEL REACTOR PRINCIPAL Y SE ENFRIA EN UN CAMBIADOR DE CALOR EN ESPIRAL (12).
