LOS COMPONENTES DEL MATERIAL PODRIDO DE PEPITAS TRITURADAS SE SUBDIVIDEN MEDIANTE TAMIZADO EN TRES FRACCIONES CON DIFERENTES TAMAÑOS DE PARTICULAS, DE LAS CUALES LA FRACCION FINA, TAMAÑO DE PARTICULAS MENOR DE 0,5 MM, CONTIENE PREDOMINANTEMENTE BROTES O GERMENES HUMIFICADOS, Y TEJIDOS NUTRICIOS HUMIFICADOS DE SEMILLAS DE UVA, LA FRACCION GRUESA, TAMAÑO DE PARTICULAS MAYOR DE 1,0 MM, CONSISTE EN PAREDES DE PEPITA PARTIDAS O SUBDIVIDIDAS EN TRES Y CUATRO PARTES, Y LA FRACCION MEDIA, ENTRE 0,5 Y 1,0 MM, COMPRENDE TROZOS MENORES DE PAREDES DE PEPITA.
