PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UNA FORMA RETARDADA DE MEDICAMENTO GRANULADO, QUE CONTIENE UNA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA MEDICINAL O CRISTALINA REVESTIDA DE MATERIALES DE RECUBRIMIENTO RETARDADORES DE LA CESION DE LA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA. CONSISTE EN REVESTIR MEDIANTE PULVERIZACION LA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA MEDICINAL EN UN APARATO DE ROCIADO EN LECHO FLUIDIFICADO O EN UN RECIPIENTE DE GRAGEADO, CON UNA MEZCLA DE UN ESTER DE ACIDO POLIACRILICO INSOLUBLE, PERO DISPERSABLE EN AGUA Y UN ETER DE CELULOSA INSOLUBLE, PERO DISPERSABLE EN AGUA.
