LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN DISOLVENTE COMUN A AMBOS REACTANTES, TAL COMO UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO POLAR, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTE LA AMBIENTE Y 100 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS. LA SEPARACION Y PURIFICACION DEL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE SE LLEVA A CABO SIGUIENDO METODOS CONVENCIONALES. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS COMO AGENTES ANTI-DNA VIRUS.
