CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE CONDENSACION DE 1-AZA-3-BICICLO-(2,2,2) OCTANONA CON N,N-DIMETIL-3-AMINO-4-((2-BROMOFENIL)TIO)BENCENOSULFONAMIDA EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, EN PRESENCIA DE UN AGENTE DE DESHIDRATACION Y A LA TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION DEL MEDIO, SEGUIDA DE LA REDUCCION DE LA IMINA FORMADA CON UN BOROHIDRURO DE METAL ALCALINO EN ETANOL ENTRE 0 A 40 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS, Y CICLACION DEL COMPUESTO FORMADO ENN PRESENCIA DE UN AMIDURO DE METAL ALCALINO A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS Y LA DE EBULLICION DEL DISOLVENTE. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS COMO INHIBIDORES DE LA SECRECION GASTRICA.
