Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE YESO ALVEOLAR A PARTIR DE YESO QUIMICO O FOSFOYESO. CONSISTE EN REACTIVAR POR CALCINACION EL YESO HEMIHIDRATADO FORMADO EN LA RECCION DE LOS FOSFATOS NATURALES CON ACIDO SULFURICO Y TRATARLO CON UNA COMPOSICION REACTIVA FORMADA POR 100 PARTES EN PESO DE CARBONATO CALCICO Y 50 A 16 PARTES EN PESO DE ACIDO OXALICO O FLUOSILICICO, QUE GENERAN EN SU REACCION ANHIDRIDO CARBONICO GASEOSO QUE PRODUCE EL HINCHAMIENTO ALVEOLAR DE LA MASA DEL YESO. SIMULTANEAMENTE SE AÑADE A DICHA MASA DE YESO DE 20 A 0,33 PARTES EN PESO, RESPECTIVAMENTE, DE UN AGENTE ESPONJANTE CONSTITUIDO POR HIDROXIMETILCELULOSA, QUE IMPIDE LA RETRACCON DE LA ESTRUCTURA ALVEOLAR FORMADA, LA CUAL SOLIDIFICA, ENDURECIENDOSE POR HIDRATACION QUIMICA DURANTE EL FRAGUADO.
