CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE FORMACION DEL ANHIDRIDO MIXTO DE LA 2-CARBOXIMETILSACARINA CON CLOROCARBONATO DE ETILO EN TETRAHIDROFURANO Y EN PRESENCIA DE TRIETILAMINA, A TEMPERATURA ENTRE 0C Y 10C, SEGUIDA DE LA REACCION CON 2-AMINOPIRIDINA PARA OBTENER 2-(N-2-PIRIDILCARBAMOIL) METILSACARINA, QUE SE SOMETE A UNA EXPANSION DE HETEROCICLO EN DIMETIL SULFOXIDO Y EN PRESENCIA DEL ALCOXIDO SODICO, SEGUIDA DE UNA N-METILACION CON YODURO DE METILO EN MEDIO ALCOHOLICO Y EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE ALCALINA. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS POR SU ACTIVIDAD ANTIINFLAMATORIA ANALGESICA.
