Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE 4 (O 3)-(3,4-DIHIDROXIFENIL) PIRIDINA. SE BASA EN LA REACCION, A TEMPERATURA DE 100-120 C, DE 4 (O 3)-(3,4-DIMETOXIFENIL) PIRIDINA, CON UN AGENTE DESMETILANTE, TAL COMO BROMURO DE HIDROGENO ACUOSO, YODURO DE HIDROGENO, CLORHIDRATO DE PIRIDINA, U OTROS. SE DEJA REPOSAR LA MEZCLA UNOS DIAS. SE LAVA CON ETANOL EL PRECIPITADO RESULTANTE, SE SECA EN UN HORNO A 80-95 C, Y SE RECOGE EL PRODUCTO FINAL EN FORMA DE SAL. SE OBTIENE EN FORMA DE BASE LIBRE, POR REACCION DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE LA SAL, CON UN EXCESO DE SOLUCION DE BICARBONATO SODICO, Y POSTERIOR FILTRACION. SE USAN COMO AGENTES CARDIOTONICOS.
