PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE GENES PARA INSULINA DE MONOS. A PARTIR DE PANCREAS DE MONOS Y POR DIGESTION PROTEOLITICA SE OBTIENE CELULAS INDIVIDUALES. POR CENRIFUGACION DE DENSIDADES SE LLEGA A UNACAPA RICA EN CELULAS B. SE DESNATURALIZAY, TRAS CENTRIFUGACION EN CLORURO DE CESIO, SE OBTIENE ARN. TRAS UNA NUEVA REPRECIPITACION Y UNA ENZIMA TRANSXRIPTASA INVERSA SE OBTIENE UNA DOBLE HEBRA ARN-ADN. NUEVAMENTE CON TRANSCRIPTASA INVERSA SE LLEGA A UNA DOBLE HEBRA ADN-ADN. SE INCORPORA EN UN PLASMIDO Y SE REALIZA UN APAREAMIENTO DE BASES ENTRE ADN Y PALSMIDO. ESTA MOLECULA CIRCULARIZA SE TRANSFORMA EN MICROORGANISMOS QUE SE PLAQUEN EN PLACAS DE AGAR. SE SELECCIONAN LOS CLONES QUE CONTIENEN INSULINA Y SE CULTIVAN. ESTA SOLUCION DE CULTIVO SIRVE COMO MATEIAL DE PARTIDA PARA OBTENCION DE PROINSULINA DE MONOS Y A COTINUACION DE INSULINA HUMANA.
