DISPOSITIVO DE "BY-PASS" EN UNA INSTALACION DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO DE GRANO FINO, CUANDO INCLUYE UNA ALTA PROPORCION DE COMPONENTES DE SUSTANCIAS NOCIVAS. LA INSTALACION CONVENCIONAL COMPUESTA POR HORNO ROTATIVO (1), PRECALENTADOR (2), SOPLADOR DE GAS DE ESCAPE (3) Y ELECTROFILTRO (5), INCLUYE UN SISTEMA "BY-PASS" FORMADO POR EL CONDUCTO (7), UN REFRIGERADOR (8), UN ELECTROFILTRO (9) Y UN SOPLADOR DE FILTRO (10); LA INSTALACION FUNDAMENTAL TAMBIEN ESTA CONECTADA AL "BYS-PASS" POR EL CONDUCTO (11). CUANDO SE EMPLEA MATERIA PRIMA CON ALTO CONTENIDO DE SUSTANCIAS NOCIVAS, ALCALIS, POR EJEMPLO, UNA PARTE DE LOS GASES DE ESCAPE DEL HORNO SE EXTRAE POR EL SISTEMA "BY-PASS" AL ABRIR LA CORREDERA (15) Y CERRAR EL ORGANO DE ESTRANGULAMIENTO (12) DEL CONDUCTO (11); CUANDO NO ES ESE EL CASO SE CIERRA LA CORREDERA (15) Y SE ABRE EL ESTRANGULAMIENTO (12) Y PARTE DE LOS GASES TRANSPORTADOS POR EL EXTRACTOR (3) TAMBIEN LLEGAN A TRAVES DEL CONDUCTO (11), AUNQUE EN ESTE CASO EL POLVO RECUPERADO SE REALIMENTA AL HORNO (1), LO QUE NO SE HACE EN EL CASO ANTERIOR.
