Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE ESPIRO-QUINOLIHIDANTOINAS. CONSISTE EN CONDENSAR LA CETONA DE FORMULA (IV) CON CIANURO SODICO O POTASICO Y CARBONATO AMONICO, TENIENDO LUGAR LA REACCION EN UN DISOLVENTE POLAR INERTE EN EL QUE LAS SUSTANCIAS REACCIONANTES Y LOS REACTIVOS SON MUTUAMENTE MISCIBLES, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 Y 150G, DURANTE UN PERIODO DE 2 A 48 HORAS APROXIMADAMENTE. LOS DISOLVENTES ORGANICOS PREFERIDOS SON LOS ETERES CICLICOS, LOS ALQUILENGLICOLES INFERIORES Y LOS ALCANOLES INFERIORES MISCIBLES EN AGUA. TRATAMIENTO DE COMPILACIONES CRONICAS DE LA DIABETES.
