Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los aparatos para cortar y dosificar panes o balas de caucho sin vulcanizar que han de alimentarse a una sola máquina mezcladora de caucho, caracterizados por comprender una máquina cortadora (5), un primer transportador de balas (2) en forma de una sola cinta transportadora para transportar panes o balas enteras de caucho sin vulcanizar (A) en una dirección predeterminada de transporte (X), un segundo transportador de balas (3) en forma de un carro móvil hacia delante y hacia atrás en una dirección (G) paralela a dicha dirección predeterminada (X) para alimentar una de dichas balas o panes (B) a dicha máquina cortadora (5), disponiéndose también dicho carro (3) para efectuar el desplazamiento de dicha bala o pan (B) en pasos iguales (P) transversalmente con respecto a la máquina de corte (5) para facilitar el corte de rodajas sucesivas (B'') de dicha bala o pan (B), un primer transportador de salida (8) dispuesto corriente abajo de dicha cinta transportadora (2) y aptopara recibir de ésta balas o panes enteros, un segundo transportador de salida dispuesto corriente abajo de la máquina de corte (5) y dispuesto para recibir dichas rodajas (B'') y una estación pesadora apta para recibir caucho de ambos transportadores de salida (8, 10), incluyendo la estación de pesaje una máquina pesadora automática (W) que controla la operación de dicho segundo transportador de salida (10).
