Procedimiento para preparar derivados 5,6,7,8-tetrahidro-4(3H)- quinazolinónicos y sus sales y, más particularmente, compuestos de la fórmula (I) **(Fórmula)** en la cual R1 es hidrógeno o alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono y R2 es alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, arilo o arilo substituido con alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono y/o halógeno.
