Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en los aparatos para la fabricación de bandas de cierre de cremallera, las cuales incluyen una cinta de soporte tejida y un elemento de acoplamiento helicoidal incorporado por tejeduría en la cinta de soporte a lo largo de sus bordes longitudinales, caracterizados porque el aparato comprende: (a) unos medios para tejer la cinta de soporte a partir de hilos de urdimbre y un hilo de trama, incluyendo dichos medios tejedores unos medios para formar una calada de los hilos de urdimbre, unos medios para insertar el hilo de trama a través de la calada y unos primeros medios de peine para ajustar el hilo de trama en la calada contra la línea de ajuste de la cinta, (b) un mandril para extenderse substancialmente a lo largo de los hilos de urdimbre, teniendo dicho mandril una parte que se ha de situar junto a la línea de ajuste de la cinta de soporte que se eje, (c) unos medios para arrollar un monofilamento en un recorrido orbitante cónico alrededor de dicho mandril para formar el elemento de acoplamiento helicoidal que se ha de incorporar una tejeduría en la cinta de soporte por el hilo de trama; (d) unos segundos medios de peine para ajustar las sucesivas cabezas de acoplamiento del elemento de acoplamiento helicoidal una después de otra contra un punto que está en alineación con la línea de ajuste de la cinta de soporte; y (e) unos medios que conectan operativamente dichos primeros y segundos medios de peine para sincronizar la acción de ajuste de los segundos medios de peine con la de dichos primeros medios de peine.
