Abstract
Procedimiento para la extracción de hidrocarburos aromáticos de mezclas que los contengan, comprendiendo el someter la mezcla conteniendo los hidrocarburos aromáticos a una extracción líquido-líquido en una o dos etapas en serie, obteniéndose un extracto y un refinado, el someter el extracto procedente de la extracción líquido-líquido a una destilación extractiva, recuperándose un producto de cabeza que es separado en dos fracciones de diverso punto de ebullición, es decir una fracción de más alto punto de ebullición y una fracción de más bajo punto de ebullición, siendo reciclada la fracción de más bajo punto de ebullición al fondo de la segunda etapa de extracción líquido-líquido o, en el caso de una sola etapa de extracción, al fondo de la única etapa de extracción, mientras que la fracción de alto punto de ebullición es reciclada a una zona situada por encima de la alimentación de la carga a la primera etapa de extracción o a la única etapa de extracción, y, finalmente, el someter el producto de fondo de la destilación extractiva a una rectificación para separar los hidrocarburos aromáticos del disolvente, utilizándose como reflujo solamente agua.
