Abstract

Procedimiento, con su dispositivo correspondiente para la recuperación de los componentes de los lodos de rectificado, constituidos por fragmentos metálicos, partículas de abrasivo y residuos del líquido oleoso utilizado como refrigerante en las operaciones de rectificado, caracterizado por el hecho de comprender, combinadas, las siguientes operaciones: a) separación mecánica del líquido oleoso contenido en los lodos de rectificado, por medio de la estrujadura de los lodos entre pares de cilindros girando en sentido contrario. B) tratamiento del material sólido así separado del líquido oleoso con un disolvente en estado de vapor para la eliminación de los eventuales residuos oleosos, c) calentamiento del material en un horno de atmósfera reductora, para la reducción de los óxidos de hierro presentes en el mismo, d) enfriamiento del material en un ambiente de atmósfera reductora, e) trituración del material, f) separación magnética de las impurezas no férricas del material.
