Abstract

Procedimiento con su instalación de realización para revestir porciones heladas con un producto granulado, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende recubrir con el producto granulado unos platos que sirven de soporte a las porciones heladas, colocar las citadas porciones heladas sobre los platos y luego reblandecerlas ligeramente en la superficie, colocarlas a continuación en cámara fría en un cajón que se llena con producto granulado y, por último, descargarlas.
