Abstract

Proceso para la producción y el llenado de bolsas y aparatos para llevar a cabo dicho proceso, particularmente aquellas bolsas que tienen un cierre del tipo de capucha, partiendo de una lámina unitaria sencilla de material plástico, comprendiendo dicho proceso los pasos consistentes en: a) plegar dicha lámina de manera continua a lo largo de su longitud y solapar los bordes opuestos a diferentes alturas; b) plegar el borde superior con el fin de determinar el cierre de la capucha; c) cortar la lamina longitudinalmente en la proximidad de la primera línea de plegado; d) sellar y cortar la lámina transversalmente con el fin de obtener las bolsas individuales; e) llenar dichas bolsas a través de la abertura definida en el paso c); y f) sellar dicha abertura.
