Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de la isoquinoleina, de fórmula general: ***1 en la que A representa un radical piridil-3, isoquinolil-5 o alquil-3 isoquinolil-5 cuya parte alquilo contiene del 1 a 10 átomos de carbono de cadena recta o ramificada en su formas ® y (S) asi como sus mezclas, en estado de base o de sal de adición con un ácido, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una amina de fórmula general: A- NH2 (VI) En la que A se define como precedentemente, sobre una sal de fórmula general: ***2 en la que R1 representa un átomo de cloro o un radical alquiltio cuya parte alquilo contiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, o benciltio, y A1 representa un anión y a continuación se transforma eventualmente el producto obtenido en una sal de adición con un ácido.
