Abstract

Unos perfeccionamientos en las prótesis dentales, en los que dientes opuestos posteriores actúan entre sí por lo menos sustancialmente según contacto lineal, caracterizados por la combinación de las siguientes medidas: a/ el contorno al nivel de la superficie activa de los dientes posteriores se parece de modo preciso al contorno de los dientes posteriores naturales; b/ En cada par de dientes posteriores opuestos la zona de contorno lingual o palatal de un diente posterior está dotada de un reborde masticatorio de forma lineal y la zona de contorno bucal de dicho diente posterior está dotada de un plano masticatorio mientras que la zona de contorno palatal o lingual del diente posterior opuesto está dotada de un plano masticatorio y la zona de contorno bucal de dicho diente posterior opuesto está dotada de un borde masticatorio de forma lineal; y c/ Los dientes posteriores están dotados de canales de evacuación en su superficie activa, cuyos canales se inician cerca de la línea de contactoentre dientes posteriores opuestos, aumentando su profundidad en forma creciente hacia su extremo en dicho contorno.
