Un procedimiento para la polimerización en dispersión acuosa de los monómeros vinílicos halogenados con intervención de iniciadores de polimerización por radicales en presencia de un inhibidor de la formación de costras, caracterizado por el hecho de que el inhibidor de la formación de costras se selecciona entre los aniones derivados de ácidos orgánicos carboxílicos hidroxilados.
