Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar elementos de calefacción eléctricos, aptos para trabajar a temperatura entre 150º y 250ºC, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende elaborar un cuerpo de forma sensiblemente cilíndrico asociando por impregnación una carga de refuerzo de estructura alargada, en material fibroso o de tipo laminillas, con un prepolímero de poliimida y formar en su superficie externa un arrollamiento helicoidal integrado por uno o varios hilos conductores esmaltados, prensar a continuación el conjunto en caliente constituyéndose una estructura que comprende: a) un material aislante, a base de la carga de refuerzo antes impregnada asociada con la Rosina de poliimida formada en la reticulación del prepolímero, y b) una resistencia eléctrica, a base del arrollamiento helicoidal exterior antes citado, formada por dos estratos de hilos electroconductores y electroresistentes dispuestos en ambos lados del material de soporte definido en a), cuyos hilos, en un mismo estrato son paralelos entre sí tienen una dirección que se cruza con los del otro estrato, estando todos ellos recubiertos por un barniz térmicamente estable y eléctricamente aislante, de naturaleza química distinta a la resina de poliimida, que integra el material aislante a), presentando dichos hilos medios de conexión a una fuente de energía eléctrica.
