Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un concentrado proteínico que contiene factores inmunológicos de origen lácteo, principalmente inmunoglobulinas activas no desnaturalizadas, caracterizada porque comprende en su realización, tratar la leche de hembras lecheras hiperinmunizadas, en la cual se ha separado la crema y las impurezas, a un proceso de coagulación, con separación de la caseína en el cual se filtran, se ultrafiltran y se esterilizan las proteínas del lactosuero durante la filtración y se evapora y se seca el producto en condiciones que no desnaturalizan los inmunoglobulinas y conservan la esterilidad.
