Abstract

Un sistema semiconductor que comprende, en combinación: (a) una multiplicidad de partículas semiconductoras, cada una de las cuales tiene un cuerpo central; (b) una matriz de vidrio que aglutina dichas partículas en forma de una hoja monocapa en la que áreas de la superficie de dichas partículas están expuestas en lados opuestos de dicha hoja, y (c) una capa metálica en un lado de dicha hoja en contacto con dichas porciones de cuerpo de dichas partículas.
