Abstract

Se describen compuestos químicos orgánicos a base de la molécula de urea, que presenta intensas propiedades de inhibición de la secreción gástrica. La urea está sustituida con un sustituyente heterocíclico de 6 miembros que contiene 2 o 3 heteroátomos y también con un grupo aminoalquilo sustituido. También son posibles otros sustituyentes. Los compuestos ejercen intensos efectos sobre la inhibición de la secreción gástrica en el tracto gastrointestinal y también se describen composiciones para este uso.
