Abstract

Un procedimiento para la producción de un hilo multifilamentoso de denier variablecon un hilo de botones doblado con un hilo de soporteprocedimiento que consiste en alimentar continuamente un hilo de alimentación multifilamentoso a una hilera abastecedoracon un grado de sobrealimentación de dicho hilo a la hilera abastecedora del 3 al 70 %; avanzar el hilo de alimentación en un chorro de fluido compresible a gran velocidad hasta una superficie foraminosa de porosidad sustancialmente uniforme; dirigir un segundo chorro de fluido compresible a gran velocidad desde una hilera botonadota contra la superficie foraminosa para formar una zona turbulenta entre los dos chorros adyacente a la superficie foraminosa; enmarañar los botones en los hilos de soporte y alimentación combinados mediante retirada continua del hilo de alimentación de la superficie foraminosa a través de la zona turbulenta y pasada de los hilos combinados de alimentación y de soporte a través de una boquilla botonadora en contracorriente con el chorro que sale de la misma.
