Abstract

Procedimiento y aparto para ensamblar un subconjunto de embrague de fricción por resorte de diafragma, cuyos componentes comprenden una tapa, un resorte de diafragma que tiene una pluralidad de uñetas dirigidas radialmente hacia el interior y que se sostiene por la tapa junto a los extremos radialmente exteriores de las uñetas por una pluralidad de apéndices que salen de la tapa a través de ranuras entre uñetas adyacentes del resorte para agarrar el resorte de diafragma y dobla cada apéndice radialmente hacia fuera por un útil conformador para sostener el resorte del diafragma sobre la tapa, procedimiento caracterizado porque se forma la tapa previamente con los apéndices dirigidos en dirección prácticamente paralela al eje geométrico del resorte del diafragma, y porque cada apéndice se sostiene contra el desplazamiento radialmente hacia el interior en el punto en que atraviesa el resorte de diafragma mientras que los apéndices se doblan radialmente hacia fuera.
