Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados trans de decahidroisoquinoleína de formula: (**formula**) donde los grupos R1 representativos son alilo (-CH2 CH=CH2), 3,3-dimetilalilo [-CH2CH=C(CH3)2], propargilo (-CH2C=CH), 2-hexenilo y 2-hexinilo. Los grupos arilo representativos son fenilo, 3-hidroxifenilo, 3-metoxifenilo, 4-metoxifenilo, 2-acetoxifenilo, 2,3,-dihidroxifenilo, 3,4-dimetoxifenilo, 3,4-diacetoxifenilo, 3-hidroxi-4metoxifenilo y 2 metoxi-3-acetoxifenilo. Las 4 a -aril-trans-decahidroisoquinoleinas de formula I incluyen diversos isomeros estereoquímicos procedentes de la sustitución en la posición 6 y dela asimetría.optica de la estructura completa.
