Procedure for obtaining basic unsaturated compounds of formula **(See formula)** where R1 signifies an aryl residue, R2 signifies a heteroaryl residue, which is bonded with a ring carbon atom of the hetercyclic ring to the tertiary carbon atom, R3 signifies a tertiary amino group of aliphatic character, and R4 signifies hydrogen or the acyl residue of an organic carboxylic acid, as well as the acid addition salts of such compounds, characterized in that a compound of the formula **(See formula)** where M ⊕ means a cation, is reacted with a solvolysis or acylation agent and, if necessary or if desired, an acyl compound obtained is transformed into a compound of formula I, where R4 represents hydrogen or an acyl residue of an organic carboxylic acid, and/or, if desired, a compound obtained of formula I, where R4 signifies hydrogen, is transformed into a compound of formula I, where R4 signifies the acyl residue of an organic carboxylic acid, and/or, if desired, a compound obtained of formula I is transformed into an acid addition salt or an acid addition salt obtained in the free compound or into another acid addition salt and/or, if desired, a mixture of isomers is separated into the different isomers.
