N-(O,S-dialkyl(thiono)-thiolphosphoryl)-iminoformic acid alkyl esters of the general formula acid alkyl esters of the general formula X RO PARALLEL ANGLE P-N=CH-OR'' (I) R'S in which X is oxygen of R, R' and R'' each independently is lower alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, WHICH POSSESS INSECTICIDAL AND ACARICIDAL PROPERTIES.
