Abstract

Una tapa de un envase para líquido, constituida por una pared frontal sustancialmente plana de material sintético termoplástico, que lleva un dispositivo de vertido que está dispuesto dentro del contorno exterior del primer plano exterior del envase y que consiste en una orejeta de apertura que cierra una abertura de vertido y que va dispuesta en una bisagra, y en un asidero fijado a dicha orejeta de apertura, estando unida la orejeta de apertura con la pared de la tapa a través de una línea de debilitamiento sin fin, y que lleva además un collarín desplazado hacia dentro en la periferia de la tapa y destinado a aplicarse a una pared lateral del envase, caracterizada porque la línea de debilitamiento discurre en un segundo plano interior y a cierta distancia del primer plano exterior y paralelamente al mismo, y porque la distancia entre los dos planos es mayor o igual que la altura del cuello de la orejeta de apertura que se proyecta hacia fuera de la línea de debilitamiento en la orejeta de apertura.
