Abstract

Continuous link chains for industrial tyres. A continuous link chain for industrial tyres connected with rings to form a variably designed mesh that covers the surface of the tyre, either front or rear wheels. According to the invention, a chain is supplied that is fitted with teeth, slots and lateral studs over the area that has contact with the ground, the teeth being of whatever dimension required. The teeth, slots and studs are set in a rectangular formation that starts at the side and the beginning of the edges with the rounded triangular form of the chain. In view of this geometrical configuration, a larger dimension is achieved, in the order of 12-13 percent in respect of the teeth, slots and studs and some 40 percent more of the steel mass at the "head" of the chain in comparison to other known models.
