Abstract

Envoltura o falda metálica circular en utensilios o recipientes de cocina y otros.
El objeto de esta es, acumular el calor que procedente del foco o fuente que lo genera y que después de chocar con la base de dichos utensilios o recipientes asciende por el espacio que hay entre estos y dicha envoltura o falda metálica que les rodea. (1), (12). (12ª).
Esta puede ser curvada (o de otra forma). Va unida a los mismos (4) en toda la periferia del punto superior. En su punto inferior va abierta y unida mediante unos nervios o tirantes, produciéndose un vacío o cámara entre ambas partes para acumular el calor. En la parte superior puede llevar orificios o válvulas para controlar la energía calorífica acumulada.
Esto resuelve el problema de la pérdida de energía calorífica que asciende alrededor de los utensilios o recipientes habituales que no la retienen.
Está pensada su realización futura.
