Abstract

Dispositivo para el montaje de tiras de hermetización y de recubrimiento, en especial perfiles (6) autosujetables de hermetización para puertas, que están realizados en forma que pueden ser colocados por rodadura a presión en o sobre la brida (5) por medio de un brazo de robot (2) desplazable alrededor de la abertura (4) de la carrocería, siendo este brazo del robot llevado por un robot (1) configurado en forma basculable directa o indirectamente, que por medio del brazo (2) del robot toma el perfil (6) de hermetización para puertas cerrado formando un anillo y lo conduce desde el lugar de almacenamiento hasta la abertura (4) realizada en la carrocería del vehículo, con una roldana de apriete (7) apoyada en forma flotante, así como con un dispositivo de guía (8), que avanza por delante, y con otro dispositivo de guía (9) que se mueve con retardo por detrás, estando ambos dispositivos de guía equipados para agarrar el perfil (6) de hermetización para puertas y para colocarlo a presión sobrela brida (5) mediante rodadura sobre él, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de guía (9) que se mueve con retardo por detrás, está configurado preferentemente de modo que puede presionar sobre el perfil de hermetización (6) para puertas y se puede conectar como dispositivo de apriete en la operación de arranque, y porque el dispositivo de guía (9) que se mueve con retardo por detrás está configurado de manera que se abre automáticamente y bascula hacia afuera inmediatamente después de comenzar la operación de colocación por rodadura.
