Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para la obtención de un compuesto químico en polvo, susceptible de aplicación como mortero, al añadirle agua, sobre cualquier superficie, consistente en mezclar caucho vulcanizado, aglutinante orgánico, ignifugante-retardante, modificantes, estabilizantes y colorantes, en un mezclador de sólidos herméticamente cerrado, molerlo en un molino de martillos, combinado con bolas de acero, herméticamente cerrado, cribarlo obteniendo polvo fino de granulometría requerida, almacenarlo en un silo cerrado herméticamente y con atmósfera de un gas protector en su interior, para aislarlo del contacto del aire y preservarlo de la humedad, envasarlo en envases definitivos para su expedición, y en el momento de obtener el mortero terminado añadirle agua.A process for obtaining a chemical powder compound, capable of applying as a mortar, is described by adding water, on any surface, consisting of mixing vulcanized rubber, organic binder, flame retardant, modifiers, stabilizers and dyes, in a mixer of hermetically sealed solids, grind it in a hammer mill, combined with steel balls, hermetically closed, screen it obtaining fine powder of required granulometry, store it in a hermetically sealed silo and with an atmosphere of a protective gas inside it, to isolate it from contact of the air and preserve it from moisture, pack it in definitive containers for shipment, and at the time of obtaining the finished mortar add water.
