Abstract

Nuevo producto a base de café envasado par infusión, procedimiento para su preparación y aplicaciones. El producto es un café cien por cien natural, de la variedad Coffea Arábica, tostado, molido y envasado en bolsitas de papel individuales para infusión instantánea. El procedimiento comprende el envasado del café previamente tostado y molido en una bolsa de papel adecuado para infusión y la posterior introducción de dicha bolsa en otra bolsa a base de aluminio en la que se inyecta un gas inerte y se cierra herméticamente. Este producto a base de café se utiliza para la producción de infusiones destinadas a ser bebidas con efectos estimulantes sobre el organismo.
