UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE FLOCULACION-COAGULACION DE CALDOS DE FERMENTACION DE STREPTOMYCES SP. QUE PERMITE LA OBTENCION DIRECTA DE LIQUIDOS COMPLETAMENTE TRANSPARENTES. COMPRENDE: (A) ADICION AL CALDO DE UN ELECTROLITO INORGANICO; (B) INCORPORACION, CON AGITACION Y A PH 5-8 DE UN COAGULANTE INORGANICO PARA INICIAR LA FLOCULACION; (C) ADICION, UNA VEZ INICIADA LA FLOCULACION, DE UN POLIELECTROLITO ORGANICO A UN PH 6-8 Y CON AGITACION; (D) SEPARACION DE LOS FLOCULOS MEDIANTE TAMICES RODANTES O SIMPLE FILTRACION, SEGUIDO DE DECANTACION SI LA FLOCULACION SE HA EFECTUADO EN PRESENCIA DE UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO; Y, EVENTUALMENTE, CONCENTRACION DEL LIQUIDO POR OSMOSIS INVERSA O EVAPORACION. EL PROCEDIMIENTO TIENE SU APLICACION EN LA CLARIFICACION DE CALDOS DE CULTIVO PERMITIENDO UNA SEPARACION MICELIAR SIMULTANEA A UNA DESPROTENIZACION.
