EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE DESTINA A LA OBTENCION DE HARINA, SEMOLA, SEMOLINA, ETC., EN QUE CON EL SISTEMA DE LA ALTA MOLINERIA, EL MATERIAL SE MUELE VARIAS VECES EN CILINDROS Y SE TAMIZA. SE PROPONE CONDUCIR DE NUEVO EL MATERIAL, POR LO MENOS, DOS VECES A TRAVES DE DOBLES ETAPAS DE MOLIENDAS EN CILINDROS, DE TAMIZADO ENTRE LAS DOBLES MOLIENDAS, CERNIENDOSE EN CADA CASO A CONTINUACION DE LA DOBLE MOLIENDA. EL MOLINO SE CONSTITUYE POR LO MENOS CON DOS DOBLES PASADAS DE MOLIENDA, PREFERENTEMENTE COMO UN MECANISMO DE OCHO CILINDROS (70).
